It’s often easier said than done, we get it! Thats why we’ve put together a month of mindfulness to encourage self care and conversations for families to practice together. The free activity contains - Four weeks of easy practices and activities for students, for parents, and for mentors! Grades and improvement are important but so is balance and mental well-being. These mental exercises are designed to help students of all ages manage stress, anxiety, and rediscover and appreciate the smaller things in life.
It's easy to dwell on the past, anticipate the future, or drift through the day on autopilot. Try these exercises to bring focus back to your personal well-being. We encourage students, parents, and mentors to try the activities and reflect together to promote growth and balance. Have fun!
